Welcome to Hudson Valley Powerlifting! We know starting your fitness or powerlifting journey can feel overwhelming. That’s why we have a variety of services available to support your goals.

Technique Tune-up
This session is ideal for lifters looking to improve the foundation of their squat, bench press,
and deadlift.

During this 90-minute appointment, a coach will work with you individually to break down your technique, help you work up to a challenging but safe heavy set or two on each lift, and address any weaknesses or sticking points.
​
You’ll leave with actionable advice, technical cues, and guidance to carry into your own training. Follow-up sessions are available for continued technical refinement.

Personal Training
For those seeking well-rounded fitness beyond powerlifting, we offer General Strength and
Conditioning sessions with one of our trusted personal trainers.
​
This service is fully tailored to your individual goals — whether that’s building strength, improving
conditioning, losing weight, or developing athletic performance.
After an initial consultation, we’ll
connect you with a trainer who works directly out of our facility and specializes in helping people like you succeed.

Programming & Coaching
Coaching is available to both in-person and remote lifters.
Pricing is flexible depending on the level of involvement you are looking for.
